    Description

    Repro 946D 850W LCD Preheater

    The 946D preheater is a tool designed for heating LCD displays to separate them from the touch panel, which is bonded with LOCA adhesive. The upper heating element is made from a thick aluminum plate, ensuring even temperature distribution across its surface. When the adhesive is heated to a temperature of 80-100°C, the structure softens, allowing you to separate the touch panel from the display using the included molybdenum wire. The maximum size of the display that can be repaired with this model is 5.5".
