Complaints are governed by the RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE FULFILMENT clause of the terms and conditions.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to assert rights from defective fulfilment in the case of a defect that occurs in the Consumer Goods within a period of 24 months from the receipt of the Goods.
In accordance with the applicable legal order of the Czech Republic, the Buyer, who is an entrepreneur and purchases the goods in connection with his business, is provided with a 3-month warranty on the goods in addition to the general liability of the Seller for defects in the goods when they are handed over.
Rights from liability for product defects for which the quality guarantee applies will expire if not exercised within the specified time.
In the case of settlement of a complaint in the form of an exchange of goods, there is no new deadline, the deadline starts on the day of acceptance of the goods by the buyer.
Violation of the protective seal, stamp or serial number exposes the buyer to the risk of rejection of the claim, unless the damage occurs during normal use.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage to the goods, damage caused by electrical surges (visible burnt components or printed circuit boards), improper installation or neglect of the goods.
Complaints can be made by sending them to the store's address: Servisní díly, Nuselská 98, 140 00 Prague, Czech Republic or eventual in person directly at the store.
Returning goods without giving a reason is possible within 14 days only for consumers. For bussines, returns are possible only after prior agreement within 5 days of receipt. Cases are assessed on an individual basis and a restocking fee applies.
